I broke my ankle in november 2020 and tore all the ligaments I was NWB for 12 weeks which were really depressing I have a pin and screws in my ankle. my pain is in my right knee the broken ankle was the left. I gave terrible back ache and foot pain but just being told this is because of my ankle but can hardly walk half a mild and I’m in agony any suggestions
I have no suggestions but just some sympathy for you. I did the same thing and the pain seems to be always there. 
And yes, now I have terrible back and hip pain…
