Hi guys,
I find that when I go into a warm climate I get really dizzy and need to either get cold, or apply something cold to my head/temples in order to regulate again. Does anybody else have this, is seems to be happening for an unknown reason according to doctors!
I find that putting a cold, damp flannel over my eyes really helps me when I’m having an attack. It stops me from seeing the room spinning which without it I do see.
Yes this happened to me. Summers are difficult. I don't have any advice. Just try to keep cool.
Hello,
Summers have been bad for me too and I couldn't understand it either. My ENT didn't tell me that weather affects it to. Thankyou for bringing it up, I'm just hoping now that the winter has come it'll get better. This is my first full year with MD and really hope this gets better so I can go back to work. I hope you feel better and find some relief atleast you know we all understand how you feel in this group. Take care of yourself.
Hi Reena, thanks for your support. Did you find you were dizzy/off constantly when it was hot? That’s what I’be experienced.
Hi Christina,
It was constantly and now since weather has changed if it gets too hot in the house it starts again constantly with nausea. Praying as not sure how long this will last.
Reena
That’s exactly what I’m experiencing! I thought I was the only one. I’ve only had Menieres since September, how long have you had it?
I've had it since Feb of this year and was diagnosed after all the tests in August.
