Tips for fast relief of panic attack

good morning !

... Well not really , I at the moment have a "low type" panic attack going on . I'm about to go out the door to work and it's all possible to do but have this terror/ fear (which is always my main panic attack symptom ) I'm shaky , but all very mild . I know I'm ok as I'll be in the company of people soon and its daytime , it's always much worse when I'm alone and at night 😞. Has anyone any instant cures ?

Or other tablets that have taken the edge off (as a quick fix for now )

Has any of ye heard of a thing call "Access Bars" .... For anxiety ...??

Hi,my anxiety is worse when its bed time. Right now my husband is out if town,Im alone with a health issue and am experiencing anxiety. When its light out I will sleep. Funny,I will still be alone,maybe its just more reassuring that more people are awake? I have nooo idea. Xx

This is called a Circadian sleep disorder. When I wake up in the night and know I will not get back to sleep, I wait until daylight, open blinds, eat breakfast, hit the sofa and eight times our of ten...off to sleep I go. I call it vampire sleep. What ever works. It's easy for me because I am retired and live alone. I have no idea how one with a job and/or famiy would handle this.

Since they have a name for this, they probably have a solution. Ask your doctor to refer you to a sleep clinic??

Lee12629 The idea that's it's more reassuring to know other people are awake hits the nail on the head there ! That's exactly how I feel .

It for me is the most terrifying feeling at 3/4am in the morning to get a panic attack .
