Unresolved penis discharge

I've had a discharge from my penis for about 7 months now.  I've been to 4 doctors and just keep getting referred after a set of testing all turns out negative.  Here's a brief synopsis:

I've tested negative for trichomonas by wet mount and by NAAT (done on urine).

I've tested negative for gonorrhea and chlymidia both by NAAT three times (urine sample).

I've tested negative for mycoplasma and ureaplasma by NAAT once (urine sample).

I've been treated with the following antibiotics with no effect: 1000mg azrithomycin, 2 weeks of deoxcycline, 1 course of moxafloxacin, 1 course of flagyl.

Anyone have any ideas as to what this could be?  The discharge is very small amount, but persists 24/7.  It's clear, odorless, and seems to be proteineous (if disturbed it gets bubbly / stringy).

Any ideas welcome! Thanks

It is weird they tested you on urine sample instead of a swab. a thought results from swab would be more accurate, but i can wrong. perhaps it is from your prostate? go check it out with urologist.

Hello :-)

Could it be just precum? Your description reminds of that. Could it possibly be something with the prostate that causes you leaking more now than usual? Otherwise I'm not sure what it could be. It doesn't neccesarily need to be anything serious.

Have your doctors checked your testosterone levels. I had this problem but it turned out to be watery sperm. No infection, nothing wrong.

Good luck finding out what you have.
