Vibrations in my body after chest pains

I'm so worried and hope i don't ramble on as it's been a journey the last 6 months and I'm trying to get to the bottom of why my body is behaving this way. I'm 48 otherwise healthy individual and last Aug suffered chest pains n heaviness on my chest which woke me up from sleep, to cut a long story short I was admitted to A n E, where I had ECG, xray and blood tests on 2 separate occasions and they all came back fine. The last time i spoke to the A n E doc he advised it could be acid reflux n prescribed tabs for this but this didnt ease how I was feeling. The chest pains have eased alot now n I rarely get them but now it feels as though something is out of sync with my system as I have a vibrating sensation around my chest area and it goes down my legs, which is with me all the time now. I've seen a cardiologist and had a scan which all came back ok. I've spoken to my doctor numerous times and shes not sure what it is. I've also spoken to a neurologist and he doesn't see anything of concern. The intensity of the vibrations can increase at any point, which is unnerving. I do get numbness n tingling in my arms every so often. I've had bloods n vitamin levels checked and they have all been ok...I just wanted to know if others are experiencing this n if anyone has any pointers for me to investigate further. Before all this happened I've been healthy n this has knocked me for 6 if I'm honest. thank you if you've managed to get through all the above and hope to hear from you.

ive had the chest feeling before and woke up having trouble breathing in the middle of the night had blood test done and everything came back normal too... I was told before that your body sends you signals when ita not used to something have you started anything new in your life? new career new hobby anything like that?

Thanks for your response. I havent to be honest but i know during july time i did push myself with exercise regime to get in a certain number of steps a day and then see how much I'd done over the month. I've reduced that after about 2 weeks of doing it as it was getting a bit much, I think I was over doing it. Interesting, I wonder if it's related? I hope we both get to the bottom of what's happening to us.

maybe your body was just not used to the steps at first? things will get better with time they seem to always do im always here for anyone so contact me if need be 5135829629

hey, are you anxious throughout the day, or at night? i used to have anxiety tremors, kinda feels like my back is moving on its own, sometimes following my heartbeat sometimes not. Comes and goes away. I'm getting an mri for this, ill update you when i get results, doctors do think its because of anxiety, but im also a weightlifter and may have done damage to my back. All the best

Possibly but I'm pretty active, well I was before lockdown. thank you and vica versa. I know with things it can take time and I must admit with affirmations and meditation it's been a godsend to help through difficult times.

Hi no, I've never been affected from anxiety to be honest. interesting what you say mind. I'm currently looking at holistic therapy at the momemt to see if that helps and researching further through forums like this to see if anything is highlighted that I should investigate further . Yes let me know how the MRI goes. Take care.
