WEATHER

Hi Everyone.  What 's the weather like in your part of the world?

It's cold. wet and very windy here in Germany?  Just the sort of weather to cheer us poor sufferers up.  Someone please tell us about blue skies, sun, beautiful beaches, etc. etc.

I wish I could help but the weather here in Belfast is cold and windy.

Today I can't even see the mountain! There is thick low cloud - above which is brilliant sunshine and blue skies above about 1700m. The ski racing in Groeden, about an hour's drive over the mountain,  was in sunshine though.

The car went in for a bit service this morning and we won't get it back until after dark - otherwise I'd have gone out for lunch!

PS - the fog will have gone tomorrow - then it will be warm and sunny. Not QUITE what everyone wants as there is not a lot of snow in this ski resort for Christmas - all the runs are open but with a very thin covering and the surrounding slopes are gungy brown! But walking in the sun will be nice enough.

hi , well for a change in the Midlands uk it's sunny,  a little windy and cold but a lovely day. Sorry no beaches though !

Well Elaine, let me help you out! You've provided the sunshine and I'll provide the beaches. The weather down in Cornwall doesn't seem to want to make its mind up. We seem to have a mixture of all sorts but no snow, wind or rain. However, the beaches, nearest one, 5 miles away, Hayle, is glorious. Christina

We've got the car in the garage, but it's bucketing down here. We've GOT to go out and get some Christmas shopping, but we keep saying to each other "there's another day tomorow"!  The weather forecast says there will be no improvement over the next few days.  No Christmas presents or special food for us??!!!

Here in Panama it is hot and sticky. Then it rains and the rain like no other rain. You cannot hear yourself speak. Hope that makes you feel happier where you are.

Gray, overcast, cold and damp here in Virginia. Waiting for the promised sunshine, however, the grayness makes it nice to be indoors.

Ha ha!  I think it does!

Well maybe im not in a bad place after all!

Hi Constance

Although this is the most amazing website for us all to "constance-ly" talk about PMR - it is nice once in a while to change the subject to other interesting things like 'weather' !!

I'm a PMR - Brit living in Southern California - Los Angeles - and we are suffering the begining of winter - the temp has plunged into the 70's and we had a strange event where some wet stuff came out of the sky and landed on the ground and we didn't have to turn our garden sprinklers on for quite a number of days !!

To all those who also benefit and enjoy this great forum of information and experience - Happy Holidays and a very Healthy and Happy New Year and may all PMR disappear into outer space and never return !

David

I live in California, its been rainy off and on otherwise beautiful.

Santa Barbara is beautiful with sunny skies, a few showers and 70-80

temperatures - many, many blessings.

At last!  Sun.  Although we in Europe would find it strange with temperatures of 70-80 at Christmas.  Is there anywhere in the world where  it is Spring all year?

Here in Michigan - not Christmas weather. No SNOW, sunny and a balm 32.

I am sure you will have a lot of snow soon☺

Constance,I believe parts of Ecuador are Springlike all year round. I am looking into it for myself.

Hi everyone, Well, I dont want to make you all jealous but I am in Victoria, Australia and looking out at sunshine over the lake and mountains.  It is going to be 23C today but soon the temoeratures will start to plummet to in the 30 and higher.  It is our Summer and the lake will soon be filled with houseboats, jet skis and people skiing.  The down side is that thee will be the fear of bush fires but today is beautiful.  No fires around the hearth though and no hot totties, a different Christmas to yours.  Happy Christmas to all.

So CAZ,

Oh you Rat...are you rubbing it in?

Brrrrrr from up North. However, still, feeling cozy in my house this evening.
