I haven’t heard much about anyone gaining weight unless that is another thread but wondered if anyone has gained weight ?
I've gained loads of weight it's depressing I'm 5ft 1 and weight over 9 stone and it's all on my stomach ive had people asking me when am i due its heart breaking...😭 and I've tried loads to lose it and nothing weights

Uggghhh 30 lbs but my anxiety is actually gone. I couldn't afford to gain 2:30 and I'm having a hard time losing it but the worst part is I tried Lexapro for 8 months before that and gain 15 from it so I'm up 45 pounds in a year and a half

I gained about a stone (14lb) which went straight to my middle. Two things have helped:
Changing the time I take it from morning to 9pm so the tiredness kicks in an hour later and I’m asleep when any cravings might come along
Exercise - we’ve got a dog now and walk about 5 miles a day.
Otherwise pretty sure I would be the size of a house by now!
Have you lost any of the weight? I take mine at night too because I think it helps me to sleep good! What dose do you take? So far I havent had any cravings since I crave sweets and carbs anyways. I am Pre diabetic and take metformin so hoping that will help my cravings if they come up! I try not to eat sweets and or carbs even though I want them all the time!
I have lost 15pounds. I am on 100mg for a month Mostly I think it is because of the nausea. I have no interest in food. This is not like me.
I have lost it now yeah but still squishy round the middle! I actually lost weight in the first couple of months but it piled on afterwards. As long as you exercise and eat well it should be ok 👍
