Hi, so I’ve had this pain for quite awhile now (2 years or so, off and on), but recently it’s started to get bad. It feels like a muscular pain some days in the front, and back pain other days, and sometimes both at once. It’s on my right side, above my hip and below my ribs. There’s a sharp back pain after I do any heavy lifting (sometimes minor lifting) or sit funny. Standing for awhile exasperates it. It kind of feels like a sharp stomach cramp, but on my side. Stretching helps sometimes, and ice seems to help, laying down helps, and sitting correctly helps. Not sure what to do, and getting worried it’s something serious. Any thoughts would be very appreciated. Thanks!
