What is this?

Hello All, So, I have a referral to both a dermatologist and a urologist, but no appointment yet and it might take some time before I get an appointment. I am waiting and in limbo at the moment. In the meantime, I am turning to the good folks on this site for some assistance. Basically, I dunno what is wrong with my penis and neither does my family doctor or the walk in clinic doctors I have been to see. I can tell you what it is not. I have been tested at 1 month and 3 months so I know it is not: chlamydia, gonorrhea, syphilis, HIV, hep ABC, or HSV2. In addition, I have been for a urinalysis and it came back negative for any bacteria. Initially, my doctor thought it was a fungal infection, but I took canesten, flucanozole, lamasil and oral terbinFile size is too bigafine...didn't go away. Now, for the past two+ months he has operated under the assumption that it is a dermatitis and prescribed moisturizers and protopic. But, 2 months later and the head of my penis is still getting inflamed. So....Any ideas people of the internet? My symptoms started 6 months ago, they were: 1. Initial rash that lasted for less than a week. The rash was painful and surrounded my urethra and head of my penis. 2. Testicles burned and were and angry red. 3. Burning sensation and it was sometimes painful when I urinated 4. Painful erection 5. Painful ejaculation 6. After the rash disappeared I have been left with ongoing inflammation and small lines of inflamed skin of the head of my penis and an odd tingling sensation in my testicles I am attaching some photos of what my penis looks like now.

If you live in the UK, and if you have not already tried a GUM Clinic at your Local General Hospital this would be my advice …

Sorry I do not respond to Messaging / Personal Messaging. So in response to: -
.
" Hi! Thank you for the comment on my post. I live in Canada. What is a GUM clinic? Any ideas on what it might be? Thanks. "
.
So a GUM Clinic is a hospital based facility in the UK where you can go for any sexual or reproductive health issue.
I made this suggestion because you clearly need professional medical help to go through the symptoms with you and to establish the relevant medical history with regard to these.
So, rather than wait to see the Urologist and Dermatologist I was trying to suggest a means in which you could get professional medical help now.
Obviously, I have no knowledge of medical and health services in Canada. So you have already been prescribed the protopic for example. In the UK we also have a network of dedicated Sexual Health Services that are most often Walk-In centres with no appointment or other referal required, these also deal with first-line / primary reproductive health. The largest ones have Urologists and Dermatologists as part of the regular team, and you can potentially see one on the day, or be referred to one much more quickly than via a GP / Regular / Family Doctor.
I was wondering whether these are a possible approach you could try … ?
