White bumps on vulva... not sure what they are

i was recently diagnosed and treated for chlamydia and a yeast infection 2 weeks ago, however, looking at my vulva today I saw these small white bumps all along the inner lips. Not sure if its "normal" or something worth looking into. I had to give a urine sample yesterday to test and ensure the infections are gone. Will be returning to the doc in a week for my results and will be bringing this up to her. But in the meantime id like some input... there is no burning or itching or smell just this weird whitish rash.

I have the same problem with the bumps but mine are my skin color and they started with a Yeast infection, it can be it!

Quite strange. Have they gone away with treatment or is it current? I dont look at my vag too often so i cant say with certainty that its normal/abnormal for me…My doctor gave me 2 Fluconazole pills to take, one for the first week, and then another the following week. And right now im just waiting for my follow up results on Monday. I just noticed i have a very slight barely noticeable “itch” that comes and goes a couple times throughout the day, wondering if maybe the yeast infection is still there and if its common to still have slight symptoms despite treatment…

and i should add that the “bumps” dont feel like anything, it feels just like my normal skin. They have no texture or anything

i had these same bumps on the labia minora but not as abundant as yours. i tried a yoni pearl cleansing and the bumps disappeared but the itch i am currently still struggling with. it only itches while i am washing the area, other than that it is fine. i took a pap smear to check for anything and everything came up fine; no overgrowth of yeast or anything. i am not sure what this condition can be but i am dying to find out. please let me know what you hear.
