Hi all
I have pale white patches on my penis head I've noticed the past couple of months. they haven't caused me any discomfort or pain but what started as a small patch has increased.
I'm not sure if I've felt a sensation. sometimes at the tip but nothing bothersome. the pale skin isn't raised or any different in texture.
the photo I attached is me coming out of the bath so my penis is looking rather red but it highlights where the patches are i'm on about.
please let me know any thoughts or verdicts on this?

Hi you should have it checked out it could possibly be lichen sclerosus or lichen Planus. Do you have any on foreskin or frenulum?
Fully agree with Ivan you would be best to see a Dermatologist - please do not do nothing, treatment now can safe more severe problems in future
