I have had these for as long as i remember and just wondered if anyone knew what they were. They are painless white bumps that are 'crispy' to touch i guess. Had them ages.

I think you may be referring to Fordyce spots (Google), which are simply collections of sebaceous glands visible under the foreskin. They are normal and don’t require treatment.

Hello, I didn’t mean them spots, I meant the 2 larger white ones where the head of the penis connects to the shaft.

These are also glands - quite normal too …
