Clusters of white bumps on foreskin and under glans

hey guys I've had these clusters of white bumps on my foreskin, as well as some singular bumps underneath the glans for quite some years now. I never had sex before, and the doctor said they're just irritated/inflamed glands and should go away on their own (which i dont think is the case). I dont think they're fordyce spots or tyson glands, can someone please tell me what this or how i can get rid of it?

Beef, these are glands. What you likely have are a mixture of Tysons Glands, Fordyce Spots and I think the ones nearest the underneath of the head of your penis are Parafrenular Glands. Unfortunately you cannot get rid of these, they are permanent. What you can do is to ensure they are not irritated, and therefore they could become less noticeable. This quite literally means not applying anything to your penis, even soap and shower gel, skin cream, baby oil - anything like that. What happens is that anything other than water can potentially be an irritant, so the only safe thing to do is wash your penis with water, then make sure it is completely dry afterwards ....

Thanks for the reply! I have been washing with soap all the time haha, perhaps that's why they're so irritated.

Yes, most soaps shower gels and hair shampoo's are not skin friendly, particularly for the sensitive skin of the genitalia ....

hey, can you give an update on this condition i have somthing similar. they bother me througout the day but nothing unbearable when im erect, the bumps on the frenulum get pinkish.

It would be better if you started your own Forum Post using the New Discussion Button below ....

hello I have exactly the same spots around frenulum and shaft. when ever there is an erect, they become really sensitive and cause me to cum so fast. Now I want to remove them using laser or cryotherapy. Does anybody have similar experience of having them or removing them?
