Woke up to dull chest pain in left pec/shoulder blade and under my chin, which is new

Exactly what the title says. I also feel like I can't take a deep breath. The pain stopped instantly when I shot up out of bed. But the bad thoughts/breathing is still going on. I took my GERD meds but can't take my propranolol as it hasn't been 12 hours. As I'm typing this, I'm starting to calm down realizing all my symptoms can be explained. I was doing so well, too. I had went 4 days without a panic attack, only to wake up to one sad Sorry to anyone that read this mess, but sometimes it helps me to type out or write what's happening to me in a journal.

You may have twisted yourself when rising out of bed, it sounds like your body is telling you to not rise to quickly

Sometimes I get problems in my shoulder and elbow if I lie in a bad position. We have just ordered new Orthopedic pillows to replace ones that are fifteen years old. Pillows and mattresses and pillows need changing at the same time around fifteen years is the maximum time

Hey Trevor my names clayton and I’m 22 years old and have been dealing with this same thing you have been dealing with . Mine started about 3.5 months ago of having upper abdomen pain and some chest pain that would move around. I started to get worried about all of this and began to have very bad panic attacks where my face and everything would go numb. I at first I thought I had heart problems but over the past 3 months I’ve been to Er 6 times for chest pain and have had 6 ekg 6 blood test and a couple chest X-rays and everything came back fine. I recently went to the Er on Tuesday because of severe chest pain . I get pain on left side of chest very rarely right side . I get pain in shoulders upper to mid back arms legs jaw may be others I can’t think of right now . I have been to a gi doctor twice and have tried protonix for 6 weeks for acid reflux and it had bad side effects . Now I’m on omeprazole for 8 days and have had a lot of symptoms as well. Also tried Prozac for about a month and it made me suicidal. Then I tried buspar and it did the same thing . Now I carry atarax with me and take it when I need it but hasn’t helped much

I have the same problem. I had a decade of shoulder blade pain but a month ago, it came back but with LEFT chest pain. I'm still looking to find comfort with the pain and anxiety. I had ECG and chest XRAY today. Will update you in a few days.
