Yeast?? STD?? HELP please!

I had unprotected oral sex and protected vaginal sex over a month ago. The next day, sore, everything dry.. over the next few days I figured out a had a yeast infection. Couldn't get into the doc, so I used monistat-1 (never again!!), made it to the doc a week after that (2 weeks after sex) bc the symptoms got better but didn't resolve completely. Requested they also check for trich, chlamydia, gonnorhea... doc did a swab,said everything looked good, but still saw some yeast under the microscope so he gave me diflucan (2 pills, one per week). Tests came back negative but it isn't showing testing for trich at all, so I assume he looked for that on the swab when he was looking for yeast?? So took the diflucan, everything seemed going back to normal, and now a week and half after my last diflucan, I'm starting to have discomfort/slight itching again and my discharge is thick and clear with white specks in it or kinda white and stringy? And have minor lower abdominal pain occurring.. Can't get another doc appointment until maybe next week. Any ideas??
