so I got diagnosed with an HSV1 flare up on my vagina a couple weeks ago, and since then everything has cleared up. almost a week ago now i noticed i was having pain and seeing blood on the toilet paper after ive went poop. i looked at my bum hole and there seems to be two or maybe three cuts/marks there that are red and itchy and hurt when pooping. i think its a fissure after deep diving google, or possibly still the HSV1 flare up (im on meds for it for another 6 days). can someone please help me figure out what this is? if im still seeing symptons by thursday ill be going to the clinic to get checked out. thank you
