Are these fordyce spots?

Hi,

just want a second opinion, over the last month or so i have had an outburst of spots on my penis shaft. mostly visible when skin is stretched. i have had balantias previously and the normal fordyce spots but nothing like these....

i am also having discomfort within the penis, in the shaft, around the glan area. and a slightly swollen meatus.image image

i have spoken with a GP and they think i have a yeast infection, , currently using canesten duo but will follow up.

also done a STI screening for Chlymidia, gonnorhea and syphillis. this was done on the 15th day of feeling these symptoms but results came back negative as expected.

any suggestions? Thanks

Yes they’re 100% fordyce spots, harmless but annoying. I have them too.

any explanation for the irritation and odd pain within the penis shaft? around the glans area. i am fairly sensitive on the tip also. very strong smell urine also. Yeast infection or Thrush?
