I have responded to this Forum Post: https://patient.info/forums/discuss/i-have-white-spots-on-my-penis-are-they-harmless--712861?page=0&order=Oldest with the following: Jesus, if you have not been sexually active this means that what you have is 99.9% certain to be naturally present on your penis. There are are many spots and glands that develop following Sexual Maturation up to the age of about 24 to 28 years of age, and as I say these are completely normal part of how an adult penis develops. . Jesus, the clearer photos would suggest these are glands that have developed, the most likely one is known as Parafrenular Gland, here is some detail on them taken from a Medical Source: . " Parafrenular glandsThese are normal glands that appear on either side of thefrenulum. Occasionally, just three or four glands are linedup symmetrically. More often, however, the glands are scattered, and to the inexperienced eye may look like genitalwarts. In darker-coloured skin they may be even more dramatic. The glands are usually small and smoothin comparison to warts, which have a rough surface "
Is thier a way that i can remove them, i dont want my girlfriend to think that i have a std or that i cheated on her even if im a virgin
visit your doctor to discuss removal they need to be frozen or removed by another method i would not recommend trying to remove those yourself
There are many Spots and Glands that are naturally on the penis, some men get them that are very clear and obvious, it is impossible to set about removing all the ones that you may potentially develop. Best approach is just to leave them alone .... If you remove them yourself and give your penis a severe infection, that would be the wrong thing to do ....
i wouldnt recommend itrying to remove urself u could cause bleeding /infection and make your problem alot worse if u really dont like them u can pay to have them removed privately as most doctors wont take them off for cosmetic reason eg the fact u dont like them being there or the look of them like the above person said alot of people have spots growths etc on the penis and testicles
