I've had these white spots developing on my penis over the last 6 months and they seem to be increasing.
I went to a sexual health clinic and the doctor said these can just occur and aren't STD but I'm not convinced. I have no symptoms other than their presence.
It's unsightly and I want to know if anyone has had anything similar and can help diagnose this so I can get rid of them. I'm 31 and have had unprotected sex but my STD results came back negative. I didn't test for HPV though.
So what was said to you by the doctor at the sexual health clinic was right - there are several things that appear naturally on the penis that these can be - given the location they can be Glands of different description and Fordyce Spots or even potentially Pearly Penile Papules.
Most men get these developing before the age of 26 but it is common for them to develop later than that …

These are so common that it is seen as purely cosmetic to have them removed.
You may be ab;e to find a cosmetic surgeon who would do this - more likely in the US, harder to find in the UK …
