So say for instance i have 2 slices of bread that came to 4.6g i cant have anymore of that but i still have 10.4 allowances left to use so say i put summit else with it as long as i measure it to the 100g then the overall meal adds to 15g ive done it right ive been scanning everythin on MFP so ive prob done it bloody wrong! Have u had any side affects? Im have a small steamed chixken with a WW soup broth now so my total is only 5g for whole meal im guessing thats right leaving me a few grams of fat to use for snacks? Xx

I have to admit I do kind of do my own thing I have had no problems apart from on my second day and thats because I was clueless about what to eat and the fat content!

Ahh ok Yeh I was totalling up my servings argh no wounder I haven lost but thankfully no serious side affects awell start over again so ill have lunch n it b 4.6 for bread then another 3.1 for ham then my 0.2 for my Greek yoghurt 7.9g for lunch is gd eh
My understanding is thats fine i cant see aby other way of doing it as long as u dont go over 5g perr 100g urll be fine so ur bread is within that allowance so itll leave u with enoufh allwance to make it up to 15g per meal providing u keep to those rules id double check with a women named britney shes amazing on here but i think im right xx
But then ur calories r very high I'm trying to fix it on my fitness pal only had breakfast n lunch n only have 300 calories left
I think this works on a fat basics opposed to a calorie one but ive monitored it all to be on safe side today ive had one slice whole meal toast per 100g it was 2.5g 2 quorn sausages 1.4g per sausage (2.7 per 100g so if i had to follow that still under 5g) one small poached egg and spoon full of spagetti lunch i had a ww soup 2.5g for full tin my fitneas plan says im still well within allowances ? Xx
Yes I have MFP on my phone, but really dont feel the need to use it anymore. I would like to loose another two stone ideally,but I am not in a mad rush and am happy with the way things are going so far.
I think that when you first start taking Orlistat MFP is quite useful, but after a while you get to know roughly what you are eating.
