Hi! Noticed these little spots under my foreskin (on the skin, but not visible without pulling skin back). They look exactly like fordyce spots, but I'm being a bit paranoid that it could be herpes. They are painless, nor have they had a noticeable change in size or quantity for the past 2 days. Is there any chance the two could be mistaken? A google search of "fordyce spots" gives thousands of images, 95% looking exactly like my 'problem'. It does not look like fordyce spots, have you had unprotected sex recently?
if you so, might be herpes.
That photo was taken online. Notice the link, it’s from the wikipedia page of Fordyce spots.
My spots are smaller and not as clustered, but similar “style”. Isn’t herpes more red and puffy? Had herpes on lips before, do they look similar on genitals? If that is the case, I can say from own experience that it’s not herpes. Although that picture doesn’t really look like herpes does on the lips either.
