can someone give me advice on any experience with the picture attached? I was checking out the area down there on Saturday night (one day after unprotected sex) and noticed these spots. Full disclosure, i have never really checked out the area too closely before, so i have no idea if these spots have always been there, or if they are brand new. They are really small obviously, but there are so many. They appear to be pretty flat, with maybe a slightly rough texture. They have not changed in appearance since Saturday night. Does this look like herpes? or is it possible that these are fordyce spots, just significantly closer together than photos i see online? please help.
Could be Fordyce, or skin irritation from cleaning products etc - hard to see with the image. Always best to be safe and be checked professionally, but at a glance, this could be something short term and benign.
