Haze in eye that clears?

Both my eyes tend to seem like I'm looking through smoke or fog. One eye tends to clear itself most of the time, but the other takes some assistance. If I turn my head to the right and then turn it back I watch the hazy go away and clarity is better. It will start to hazy again shortly after and u have to do it again.

Is this really anxiety? Hypersensitivity?

yes indeed its anxiety, or more its anxiety making you aware of a process that happens to everyone at one point - hyperaware rather than hypersensative.

What process? I know I am very aware of everything my eyes are doing. Eyes constantly focus in and out. The other day I was reading with no issues and the words just went blurry.

the process of any body parts normal operation, things that pass unconciously for someone who isnt anxious about them

You need to talk to your GP Willy

However you could go to the chemist and ask for eye drops to clean the tear duct and wash out your eyes before bed and first time in the morning that may help.

Sometimes floaters can be present in the eye this can cause dark globuls in the eye or sometimes a fogging that clears.

My Wife has the same problem ? and was advised by Her GP to use drops or sprays or even both.

Sounds like allergies or dry to me. Im sure the anxiety heightens it but a quick eye exam and theyll help you out

When was the ast time you had yor eyes checked.

We are supposed to have them done at least once every two years.

Get them checked and you can put your mind at rest.

My eyes get bleaitus because of the psoriasis and we have Glucoma in our family, my eyes get checked once a year to make sure all is ok.

Just had an eye exam a month ago. Eye doctor said eyes were perfectly fine. they just seem to get hazy/cloudy and focus is off. Lights also spread.

This does not help the snxiety.
