i had unprotected sex roughly 23 days ago, and had just noticed this rash near my testicles. im not experiencing any pain when i go to the restroom, and it is not constantly itching. should i be worried or just moisturize this area ?

here you go and thank you for responding. i checked this area again this morning and it already does look better which does ease my mind but would still love your input.
again the photo doesn't show much detail have you been exercising? got different clothes? using different laundry detergents?
there was about a 4 day period where i was wearing previously worn underwear and pants which is what i think is the issue. ive been moisturizing the area and it already has began to go away.
was thinking maybe the use of a steroid cream?
