Lumps on penis head ?

so for some time this appeared on my penis. do you know what it is? it is something to concern me? i haven't been sexually active for like 4/5 months . And i had unprotected sex with my than girlfriend who didn't had any STD ( we both tested at begging of relationship) . it doesn't hurt, doesn't itch, it is just there. any idea what it might be?

Lumps and bumps are a natural part of the make up of the skin on the head of the penis. Unfortunately the photos do not show me anything that looks to be a concern.
My guess is that you are noticing the lumps and bumps because they are more irritated by something than they have been previously - for most men who are not sexually active the problem is simply down to years of exposure to soap and things like shower gel and other forms of body wash.
So, potentially what could have happened is you have changed soap or shower gel, or you are applying something to your penis for masturbation, for example, that you have not previously used.
Best thing is to try to exclude anything from touching the sensitive skin of the head of your penis - and, inner foreskin if you are not circumcised - water basically is the only safe thing to touch the skin. When you wash your penis use a clean dry towel that ONLY you use to ensure ALL moisture is removed …
