Pain During Sex. No answers.

Probably since November of 2017 I began to have pain during sex. Sometimes it was bearable, sometimes it was good. Then sometimes I couldn’t at all. My yearly Gyno exam was that December so I mentioned it to her. She looked and said everything looks fine then suggested lube as I might not be lubricated. So I got lube and the problem was never REALLY solved. It progressed so much that by March I could not have pleasurable intercourse at all. I had been back to my Gyno a few times and she just kept pushing me off and basically told me it was all in my head. Finally after my friend told me she loved how her Dr. listened to her, I went to her Dr. in October of 2018 where she took a look and I had severe Cervicitis. Obviously this had been progressing for quite a long time and I was tested negative for all STI/STD’s. I immediately began taking Doxycycline for 10 days straight. The sex was not any better. She decided on an endoscopy thinking I may have Endometriosis. No Endometriosis, No sex, and no answers. After the procedure I continued to try and things still are not right. Now, end of November of 2018, I went for my follow up and spoke to her again. She is out of ideas. She said physically there’s nothing wrong and she doesn’t think it’s psychological, she just has no idea what is causing this. I am beginning a 2 week course of steroids to see if there may be some inflammation. It’s a shot in the dark, but if it is better after the steroids we have something to go off of. I would see some other specialist, but I don’t even know where to begin. To give some medical history: I have IgA Nephropathy that I was diagnosed with in July of 2017 after numerous doctors when I was hospitalized in October of 2016 for Acute Tubular Necrosis and Renal Failure.
