Does anyone know about or has had platelet rich plasma injections for osteoarthritis? I’ve read that it’s a new treatment for osteoarthritis. Anything that delays HRs would be welcome. Had one, now have start of ostea arthritis in other hip.

Ive heard of it and any replies you get for these injections I would be very interested in to. I have just had RTHR and I know OA is also in my left hip but I still have cartlidge and stuff between the bones.

Not hopeful as I’m sure it would be talked about more. My left hip isn’t too bad but the groin pain has started. It was fine till I broke the other one!
