Hello, I've got a situation that is causing a whole lot of anxiety. Im 19 years old and was recently diagnosed with coronary vasospasm after experiencing cardiac symtptoms for a number of years. This condition is very rare, especially in someone my age, and there is no cure but the prognosis is generally good with the right treatment. The condition can (but not always) cause sudden death, so Im taking steps right now to find the right medications for me to avoid that. Now, my sister's dog is following me all the time. He follows me and lays next to me and sleeps with me wherever I go. This is weird because he normally NEVER does this to me and there are 6 other people in my house for him to follow around, but he chooses me. Today he started barking at me too so I went to feed him and let him outside and he wouldn't do it and proceeded to follow me and bark and its just freaking me out. I've heard of dogs having this 6th sense sometimes and im worried that he is trying to warn me about something.
Its simple he has just chosen you to follow for now, dogs crave attention and love from their owners or others. my dog loves my brother more then me , when he comes over he sleeps with my brother on the couch and completely ignores me, you are fine man don’t stress man relax and cast all your worries to god and read the scripture, I have been in situations like your minus the dog and god has always brought me comfort and answered my prayers.
sounds like he has taken to you, which is sweet. dont read too much into it. dogs do prefer certain people to others.
he may also need some extra comforting that hes not getting elsewhere. just be sweet to him.
