Red patches on Penis Head Non itchy Non smelly and No pain

HI,

I am 34 year Male. I have noticed red patches on penis head.(Pictures attached )Although I clean myself daily I am not sure what is causing the issue.

Last time when it happened doctor suggested to take Fluconzole tablet and to apply CandiD B cream. It was gone after some time,

Now red patches appeared again.

Any suggestion would help.

Washing (with water, no soap) daily, and taking a leak and washing after masturbation or sex will probably help, and you could also try Canesten cream or Daktarin cream.  Loose fitting cotton underwear may help, and some sites recommend washing underwear with non-biological washing powder or liquid.

Sachin i am 22 years of age.i washed my pennies with soap after some days i got some small pimples on head of pennies and i searched in Google and i use to apply coconut oil and it disappeared some day after i got same as you now what shall i do please help me. Note:I did have sex till now. The only mistake i did that was applied soap on my pennies and foreskin.

i had this for a year and a half, on and off. chlamydia and gonorrhoea teated negative. i ended up getting dermol 500 cream. apply it for every wash and after rub in like a moisteriser. give it a go for a few weeks. it hasnt come back for about 8 months now

i have the same issue. I took fluconazole 100mg once in a week and took for almost 8 weeks. it was gone..yesterday it came back again almost after one year.pls suggest which cream can I use from walmart or cvs

yo, in the second picture, that bump at your meatus, what is that? i can barely see it but i have the exact same bump on the bottom end of my penis slit hole. do you know what that is?
