Hello, I have these small red spots on the tip on my penis.
As you can see on the picture, sort of appreared out of nowhere maybe after receiving oral sex. They seem to be under the skin, they don't hurt or itch. Any suggestion?
I remember when they first appreared they were more pronounced and a little itchy, they seem to be going away now but still strange.
Ive had this for maybe 2 weeks now
I'm not sure there's a problem there to be honest. Could be mild balanitis:

I probably wouldn't see a doctor in your position, but if you're concerned, you could either see your GP, or if you're in the UK, you could go to a genitourinary medicine (GUM) clinic - google "GUM clinic near me" for details.

Ok thanks probably will wait until monday and if its still not better i'll have it checked out
i am having similar spots like yours, did you find out whether its a harmless infection or is it deadly ? kinda freaking out
