Hi im 21 years old. i started having neck pain on the left side and a slight head ache. then my arm started hurting. (all on the left side) it doesnt feel numb. its more of a ache. i have slight chest pain. not pressure just slight discomfort. someone one please help. should i go to the er. i dont really know all the symptoms of a stroke but im freaking out.
You are fine. It’s just Anxiety. I get that too along with heart palpitations. I went see a doctor my heart was fine, just anxiety. Stroke symptoms are: Numbing on either side of the face, Speech is slurred,Blurred vision in both eyes, Sudden trouble walking. You will be fine. Take deep breaths, go outside get some fresh air, distract yourself.
Do you have a Family Doctor? If not I suggest you get one please. Get yearly check-ups and Blood work done ETC.
