Someone inform me please

Okay I'm 18 and I've dealing with anxiety and depression for quite some time. It's now been the worst it's even felt. I've been dealing with severe depression and severe anxiety. Even if I'm relaxed or try to stop my adrenaline is not letting me eat or sleep. My heart keeps pounding and it won't relax I've been having derealization with it too I'm sick and I can't take this pain andcinstant stress it is uncontrollable at this point. I have dry skin and dry hair. Puffy eyes and a cold. This depression is killing me with severe anxiety. My anxiety is constant racing pulse and my adrenaline is off the charts. I can't eat anymore or sleep!!!! Please please just help I feel helpless and hopeless. I feel like I could get a heart attack any moment. It's racist my anxiety levels. I have a thyroid check up tomorrow but I feel like I won't be able to sleep tonight and I'm dreading to continue the rest of the day. This is unberable at this point. I'm in pain cuz I'm hungry and I can't eat I will throw up if I eat. The thing about the check up is it take ups two 2 weeks to get my result but I can't wait that long. Someone please tell me I'll be okay. I've been like for two months.

My results took couple of days to get the result.  Why does it take so long at your Dr.? Are you being seen by an endo? I was severly hyper all those symptoms you mentioned.  You'll be ok with proper meds, diet, and Vit deffieciency check.  I saw the light at the end of this tunnel. I'm still walking thru it though with eggshells

It looks like Hyperthyroid I also felt the same symptoms. Just relax you are only 18 nothing will happen to you. When you do the thyroid test you have to see your doctor. If is going to take 2 weeks to get the thyroid results he or she should give you something to relax you...

Your symptoms certainly sound like you gave Hyperthyroidism . You don't mention whether it's your GP or an Endocrinologist who has taken your blood to check your thyroid. In my case it was my GP, my results were faxed back the next day. Where my GP telephoned me to start urgently on Propanalol. If your found to have very high levels of thyroid in your blood it can't be left untreated as you could go into thyroxic shock. Please try to feel calm, I know it's hard. If your bloods are found to be wrong both your GP or Endocrinologist know how urgent these results are. Hope you are on the mend soon.
