Tested negative for HSV 2 twice, still have bumps on penis

Hello everyone, I need some help determining what I need to do next.

Ive had sex with a girl that is HSV2 positive around march. She got diagnosed on April and thats when i got my first blood test done, the results were:
IGG : 0.2
IGM : 0.1

Both negative, the on may 20 something we had sex again, after that I started to feel an itch on my penis and some red bumps that had gone after a week so i got tested again on June 12 and the results were:
IGG : 0.2
IGM : 0.54

Both results negative again but is there still possibility that I have it?? It usually feels very itchy at night. What do you think it could be and what
should I do next?
Here are some pictures and sorry for my bad English

Thanks for any help

Did you know you have ppp (pearly penile papsule), or unless you never had those bumps before? They’re harmless, but they do look irritated. Sometimes rough sex can lead to redness on the penis. IGM blood test is unreliable, CDC don’t even recommend using those kind of test. Therefore, you’re igg still remains the same, I would wait 2-3 more months for a accurate results since the antibodies will notice if you have the virus or not. But if there are any symptoms like pain when touching the lesions or pain urinating, or any other symptoms, you should see a doctor right away for a swab test.

Your best bet is to either get them swabbed if its been less than 72 hours, or wait another 2-3 months and then request an IGG type blood test.
The blood test looks for antibodies, which takes time to build after exposure. the recommended waiting time for an IGG test is 4 months.

what did your results say?
