had sex for the first time a few months ago not sure if this has anything to do with it! I've been feeling madly itchy all over my body with just little bump like ingrown hair! but im mostly concerned about the bumps and sore on my penis! which happen to itchy also! what should i do? !

any discharge/pus? this could be a symptoms of syphilis or any microbial infection. get tested for hsv 1/2 or Syphilis. Syphilis are totally curable get tested. Update us with the result after it will help other people too.

There's no discharge of any sort. Can't even come up with an explaination to my parents if i decide to speak to em about this!

Hi Y'all i just wanna say thank you to everyone who helped! here's my update: so i made appointment with the doctor and he said its scabies but in my case, sexually transmitted! was given ivermetin and benzyl benzoated to apply directly on my skin all over!

its been just 3days and the changes are mindblowing and suprising, Not so much when you apply it tho it stings and burns like hell. 
