A month back my punishment was extremely smelly build up of smegma and soke irritation, took fluconazole tablet for 7 days. The smegma was cleared up but then I got this weird scaly skin since then. I do have a small psoriasis spot on my leg toe. I don't know if on my punishment also it's psoriasis or LS. Currently I have no itching, no pain. but just this dryness. Below are few images

Looks like balanitis to me. If it is, then it’s usually treatable at home, and these links may help, though the third article is written for doctors:
Washing (with water, no soap) daily, and taking a leak and washing after masturbation or sex will probably help, and you could also try Canesten cream or Daktarin cream. Loose fitting cotton underwear may help, and some sites recommend washing underwear with non-biological washing powder or liquid.
