I have white discolouration on my penis head starting around a year and a half to 2 years ago. its slowly spreading. not itchy or sore. no problem urinating. I have been to a doctor he told me to use cortisone cream for a few weeks . it didn't go away. I went to a urologist. he said it wasn't cancerous and not balanitis. he didn't seem to concerned. said its too early to tell if its lichen scelerosis at this time and didn't feel it warranted a biopsy. I also used a fungal cream for a couple of weeks but it didn't do anything. urologist said I could go to a skin specialist. urologist didn't believe it was from and std or infection . he recommended using a natural oil . I have started in the last week . its definitely spreading but slowly and only on the head of the penis. foreskin is fine and it's not tight. any ideas? I'm looking for a skin specialist at the moment
Brian, what the urologist has told you is perhaps the only way to interpret what you have going on at the minute.
I would suggest the only way forward would be to see a Dermatologist as it does not look like anything in particular at this stage

I have something similar to this, I use a mild strength steroid cream and emollients but it doesn’t have much impact.
