For the past few weeks I have noticed an increase in white patches on the penis, I have recently been diagnosed with Lichen Planus in the mouth however i'm still awaiting the biopsy report for confirmation. I have been told that Lichen Planus can affect the genital area.
I am a regular masturbator and have been using coconut oil recently and I'm not sure if its the masturbation that has caused this or if its something else. I have decided to stop masturbation altogether and see if it clears up.
The white patches appeared about a month ago especially around the head of the penis where to the touch it was rough but now its smooth. It did itch a few weeks ago but has subsided and now it doesn't bother me but would like to know what it might be.

The first two photos show small whitish plaques suggestive of lichen planus penis. You should see your dermatologist and show them the lesions. Treatment usually involves applying steroid cream to the affected areas; in mild cases no treatment is necessary.
