I’ve noticed when it’s too stuffy or hot, I get anxious ... my sutn’s apartment is very stuffy and hot and I feel uncomfortable and anxious. Anyone else ?

Omg yes very much so i get very agitated too. I feel so overwhelmed. Like i just gotta leave. This hot weather seems to be getting to me real bad i keep thinking because I'm in menopausing has to do with alot of it too .
