im not sure im 17 and i tried to have sex tiday an just couldnt my penis would burn likw hell cause of the big red spots at this point what calms it down is washing it every day and pating it dry after going to the bathroom
it looks like balanitis infection. pls do check for syphilis RPR test( also k as VDRL) and herpes antibody test.
