Prostate Massage - thinking of giving it a go

Anyone had any experience of this? And critically where would I find a practictioner - preferably in UK Midlands?

Some Ladies of the Night evidently specialise in it :-) Or you could buy a device to do it yourself. There are evidently several types on the market. A lady doctor who posted here recently was trying it on her husband. Did you ever see Billy Connolly describing prostate massage on the Parkinson Show ? You can find it on Youtube.

I didn't really want to go down the lady of the night route - and I'm pretty awful at DIY - bend one, lose one, fit one was always my motto; that doesn't matter with wood screws or whatever; but the prostate is a different matter

Sick of this bloody country; can't get basic services you require

The NHS does not seem to cater for it and private appointments are too expensive for that on a regular basis. Some on here do it and will no doubt add their five cents worth when America wakens up. Me, I refused to self cath when urology nurse suggested it before my 2004 GL far less prostate massage. Some unlike Connolly describe it as pleasurable. Anyway the last DRE I had stimulated my vagus nerve and put me into AF.

I found an old Russian Dr years ago in New York City who did it. Other than that I did it myself using a crystal wand device and I got my wife to do it for a while although I had to be really nice to her. It helped a little bit for chronic prostatitis but in the end it was not all that helpful.
