guys please help me with this ... What does it look like ... I have tested for most of the STDs which came back negative. but this rash comes and goes... please help

it looks more like a rash a friction rash or heat rash. id wash with antibacterial soap and keep dry. when was the last time you were tested?
I had the unprotected exposure in sep 11th 1st tested on oct3rd (22days after exposure) .. everything was negative.. herpes was equivocal
Again tested on Nov 11th after 62 days ... everything came negative again including herpes test ...
I have not been active sexually from the last exposure.
recently I did urine culture in which klebsiella oxytoca came with a low colony count .. I used antibiotics course... but again common urine analysis didnt show any infection
all my CBC and general body functioning reports are also normal ...
do you think this can be a skin condition.. .?
