Last time I did a full check up the doctor said these were nothing, there are like white spots underneath the skin of the glans and near the frenulum there are some white bumps. Sometimes they are really discreet and some others they grow noticeable like in the photo. any suggestion?

they could be pearly papules or PPP
which grow around that area
usually harmless and not contagious

Hi I think it could be lichen sclerosus you should have it checked with your doctor again they may not be familiar with this condition
The white discoloration around the frenulum is very indicative of LS. you also have some Tyson spots or PPP they are normal to have and not to worry. Your doctor should refer you to a dermatologist or urologist as you may need some steroid cream.
